PhuketSpace was a lucky find. The accommodation was exactly as shown
on the website. The apartments are comfortable and clean and within
easy reach of beaches, ferries to other islands restaurants and
bars.
Shops and markets, motorbike rental and all of
the other things that make Thailand what it is are all within easy
reach. All in all PhuketSpace is a very good choice.
My fiancée and I planned a long stay in
Thailand. However, finding the right place at a reasonable price may
be tricky from afar. We’ve been lucky to get in touch with
PhuketSpace. They provided plenty of information despite my numerous
“I don’t want any bad surprise” emails.
The owner told me what type of taxi to
take and how much it was suppose to cost me. Without his
information, I would have paid double. I arrived a rainy day around
9 PM and he was there to welcome me.
The accommodation is exactly as the
photos seen on their website. Fully furnished. No bad surprise there
as well. All information given is accurate. The rent is cheap. The
water (120 Thai Baht per month) and electric (300 Thai Baht per
month) bills are tiny. Sea view. The Beach is very near, as well as
restaurants, pharmacy, Seven Eleven, Thai market.
My wife joined me later and since, our
stay with PhuketSpace is as expected and we are thoroughly happy
with this first visit in Thailand. Any small issue we may have, we
simply make a quick telephone call or send an email, and a solution
is found.
Thanks to
PhuketSpace we don’t have anything to worry about and we may really
enjoy our stay. If any future tenants would like to

My time in your apartment at Rawai condo
was a resounding success. Location wise it was ideal, and a great
place to go travelling from to many surrounding interests, of which
there are plenty. The condo was tremendous value £ wise, very
favourable to accommodation in the area. It was nice to have a safe
well kept apartment for my two month stay.
PhuketSpace apartments offer
you the opportunity to be installed for a long term in Phuket for a
really good price. The studio is very good situated, in a very calm
street. You have the beach very near, you can even go walking, and
nice places around. You can also go to typical Thai markets or
either to the gypsy market where you can find so good tasting fish!
The apartment its perfect
for a couple, is fully furnished and very comfortable, for those who
like wandering around and having a house , and not a hotel, which
doesn’t offer so much independency!!
After living in Patong
briefly, I was happy to find this apartment which offers good value
for money. The apartment met all my needs in terms of amenities
offered, and the management was forthright and expedient in regard
to returning my deposit upon vacating. A definite thumbs up...
My fiancée and I stayed with
PhuketSpace for a period of 8 months and were thoroughly happy with
our stay. The room, services and facilities were top quality. In the
very rare instances where a small issue arose, such as an appliance
needing repair/replacement or the need for some assistance from the
landlord, a solution was found almost instantly, leaving us happy
and content that we were being taken care of without question. Any
small issue we had, we simply made a quick telephone call, and a
solution was found almost immediately.
We were fully able to trust our landlord with our initial deposit,
which was returned to us in full when we vacated the accommodation.
Overall a very pleasant experience staying with PhuketSpace and we
wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend the experience to anyone.
We were very happy during our stay in your apartment and to thank
you for your kindness, herewith follows our appreciation. The
apartment was exactly as shown on website photos. A warm welcome
from the owner on arrival. No surprises with respect to payment.
Apartment well placed for all facilities, close to a lovely shaded
beach that all our neighbours happily shared with us.

months. The accommodation for me was first class. All you told me
about the room was correct. It was cheap, and the water and electric
bills were almost nothing. If for any reason I require a room in the
future, please remember my name, as you will be the first person I
would call. I will certainly recommend your rooms to my family and
